The flat was a good size the reason for the poor review was there was no hot water. It was late 11pm but I had just travelled from London so was late to the property.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
You know what you're going to get from a Holiday Inn, so 5 starts indicate everything I expected was delivered as well as I might have hoped. Friendly, efficient staff, a comfortable room, a very good breakfast.
Location great if you want to be on the edge of things, rather than right in the middle.

"The room had sticky ring marks on the bedside tables. A big long black hair in the bed. The soap dispensers and bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned. There was a bloody fingerprint on the bathroom door. When I checked out, the member of staff just stared at me and took my key, didn’t say anything. ..."
