No frills facility. Walls are quite thin so expect to hear a lot of noise, including early morning vaccuuming. Service was average. Breakfast was advertised from 6am to 10am, but there was very little available after 9am (although on our last day there was more attention to restocking at least the toast). Unlimited tea and coffee was nice to have.

The room faced the highway. I had to buy earplugs to be able to sleep. We were without hot water for a whole day; it wasn't the hotel's fault, but it was still an inconvenience. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
