“Cozy little house 1 hour away from London very much recommended to families.”

“Prices on the listing are enticing but, beware! I contacted the manager on Jan 22 with a list of questions for clarity since the listing was vague and the prices seemed too good to be true. I liked his responses. The same day a local friend toured the compound and assured us that the spaces she saw were clean. On Jan 23rd, I booked the space for 7 days for 8 guests and received a confirmation on VRBO. On Jan 23rd I sent a “Thank you” greeting and an overview of our plans in the city with no……

“We were a party of four couples. Three had an ensuite bedroom, whilst the fourth couple had a separate upstairs area with their own private toilet and access to their own shower room at the bottom of their staircase. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions (before and after I booked). The beautiful house and location worked perfectly for a group of mature adults. We had everything we needed for a great weekend break.”

“Very disappointed with this property. Furniture was broken inside and outside, patio had weeds that were 1m tall.”

“Roger is a very nice and accommodating host. He allowed us to check in early and check out late. The house is quite large and close to the train station and only take 20 minutes to reach London Victoria Station. We did have to wash the dishes before using them and the house could use some cleaning. The linens and towels were all clean so no issues there.”

“Great location for attending wedding at Beechwood hall. Directions accurate and easy to find. Eugene welcoming and helpful. Accommodation spotless and comfortable, maybe not the best option if have mobility issues but perfect for my requirements.”

“We had a good stay at John’s flat. We wish that there were a set of dresser drawers for our clothes as we then had to live out of our suitcases. The pub next door was pretty loud until it closed at 10:00 pm, but otherwise a good stay.”

“No clear indication/signage of the hotel on the road that makes you miss the hotel easily. It's only foldable bed in the single room (we booked two bedrooms apartment) and is not really well equipped. Not recommend this hotel to anybody.”
