"Best place to stay at in Tokyo! So many dining options available near the hotel and walkable to two major train stations. The hotel offers daily house keeping (with signage) and laundry washing available. The double bed room is spacious and offers so much space. Convenient if you want to stay near Tokyo and near the Haneda Airport which are a couple of train stops away (30 minutes each way-depending on the train express you take). Staff were amazing and answered any questions we had and provide us amazing service. I would recommend to stay here for your next Tokyo stay! "

"It was a cramped room but I suppose that's pretty typical of Tokyo hotels. Other than that, we pretty much loved everything about it. They have lots of nice amenities, including toiletries, a laundry facility, and a really nice breakfast buffet. It's a nice location too, 7/11 right next door, and train station down the street. The staff were really nice and friendly too. Would definitely stay again."

"The Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel is a hidden gem in my opinion. The location is fantastic (a few metres from Shin Yokohama station) and there are great shops and restaurants around the hotel. The staff could not have been friendlier and service was excellent. The rooms were huge by Japan standards and well equipped with a lovely sitting area. We booked two adjoining rooms for the family. Overall I would definitely stay here again and I thought for the price the hotel was amazing!!"
