“Experiência péssima. O hotel fica em uma área perigosa, o que nos deixou muito inseguros. O chuveiro praticamente não funcionava, a água mal saía e ainda era fria. O quarto estava sujo, com paredes mofadas e cheiro desagradável. Nunca fiquei em um lugar tão ruim. Não recomendo de forma alguma.”

“The hotel offers a transfer from airport to hotel and back that don’t even existe, the room smells horrible. The whole experience has terrível. The hotels structure was great, but not for a four stars hotel. ”

“A TV não funcionava, a funcionária que fez o check-in foi totalmente desatenta com o atendimento ao cliente, e o café da manhã tinha poucas opções. As tomadas também não funcionavam.”

“The hotel was extremely clean. The food was excellent with a huge selection at breakfast. The staff were outstanding and we couldn’t have been looked after any better. My only criticism was the lack of utensils and tea/ coffee in the room. There were no teaspoons and only 1 knife and fork. I would recommend the Palmeiras. ”

“The Art House Hotel is a nice place to stay when visiting Luanda. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic but fine and ensure you get your orders in early for an amazing dinner. Although a hotel, the dining area is set up more communally as it is one big square table so you can meet and chat with other guests. Rooms were clean and beds firm yet comfortable.”
