"I was disappointed to find that there’s no parking for guests, no WiFi working, and the toilet flush isn’t functioning properly. Additionally, it was difficult to contact the host to bring my concerns."

"Its nice to talk to the host, attentive and easy to communicate with…Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable."

"Buildings are good and secure. Pool area is great. Apartment was good. The mouse or rat in the lobby was not good. Rental staff are excellent. Sales lady Barbara was also excellent."

"Family friendly, accommodating staff, cleanliness."

"We had originally planned 2 nights in Angeles and due to some booking issues we extended it to 5 nights. The condo was very large and it was convenient to have the pool and restaurant 2 levels up. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend Steven's property. If there was one challenge, it was parking and Steven had let me know in advance that it was 1st come parking. The staff were also very helpful which made our stay even better. Thanks again. Bruce"
