“It’s a decent place for short term or long term because of location.”

“The location is truly convenient, just a short walk from the meeting spot I had in mind! However, I was disappointed to find it unclean and unpleasantly odorous, with a persistent cockroach problem that I find intolerable. The property owner should consider updating her online photos to more accurately reflect the current state, as they depict a much nicer space. If she could refurbish or give it a thorough cleaning to eliminate the smell and pests, it would significantly improve the experience.”

“When I open the towels those rolled on the bed, I found it was still wet, when I open the cupboard and take out the dishes and cup, I found sill water in it, no kettle provided, the fridge is broken, the bathtub is leaking, and there are no staff in the lobby, I stayed there 4 days but none come to clean the room, I should go to supermarket to buy towel, slipper and garbage bag,......”

“For $700 a month....it wasn't worth it at all. Building was very old, the constant battle with cockroaches was redundant, construction outside was annoying, apartment doesn't match pics,and even after giving the co host 2500php(deposit plus extra), she still hounded me for the 45php for water delivery.”
