"Apartment was extremely hard to find. Directions on the listing were vague and I had to call and get directions on where the apartment was located. But other than that, the apartment was extremely clean and affordable, costumer service was friendly and responsive, and the apartment was in a great location—only about a 5 minute walk from Lublin Old Town. "Excellent comfort for the price. No microwave, no parking on-site, no dryer. DO NOT PARK next to the building in the dirt lot. Its 150pln/day. Park on the street 50 yards away for 17pln! "Although it was a bit confusing and difficult to actually find the building I was staying in because I didn’t have the luxury of reading things since I was going to seven countries and I had a crazy 24 hour flights with transfers, the building in location and room were very lovely and I’m glad I found this apartment! I felt it was conveniently located. I felt safe and I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!!"

"Very clean, spacious. Walking distance to everything. Missing laundry detergent and face cloths would be nice. Shower is really in need of updating as it does not work properly and the water from the shower seeps out of the shower, we had to put a towel down to stop it. Faucet in the bathroom too tall for the sink, you have to be careful because the water will splash everywhere. Beyond the bathroom issues, I would recommend this apartment."

"Location was great, room was as described, the code to get the property was confusing at first. THE BREAKFAST THEY ADVERTISE DOES NOT EXIST. Upon checking in I noticed there was no information regarding breakfast so I text the host, they inform me it will arrive next day between 8-9 at 907 I text them as I'm leaving the room to feed my very hunger children that it didn't arrive and they just sort of shrug it off. No follow up, no attempt to bring anything the remaining days. I wouldn't have stayed here knowing this, it's false advertising."

"It is a really nice place to stay, the hotel is huge and the rooms were really big as well. The breakfast had a good selection and was very quiet so there felt no need to rush and there was a lovely variety of fresh food. In the evening it got quite loud from families running around the corridors but once it hit 23:00 it got quiet again. The hotel is also in a good location , not in the centre of the old town but a ten minute walk that allows you to see a bit more of Lublin. Personally I didn’t have a car, but there were car parking spaces available as well as a lift and entrance for disabled guests."
