Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und fanden eine gemütliche Wohnung vor, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und sind nur ungern abgefahren.

Wunderbare Lage, super freundliche Gastgeberin

Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt in Strandnähe des Ortes. Mit Hund ist die Reisezeit bis 01.05. perfekt gewesen, da bis dahin keine Beschränkung auf die zwei (!) - aber auch super gelegenen - Hundestrände besteht. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Sehr gerne wieder!

Strandnah aber unsauber

Leider war die Unterkunft, speziell der Küchenbereich, sehr unsauber. Backofen,Kaffemaschine und Mikrowelle wurden daher nicht benutzt. Ausblick vom Balkon war direkt auf einen öffentlichen Parplatz mit viel An-und Abreisegeschehen. Ausstattung insgesamt okay, teilweise etwas abgelebt.Wir würden wieder nach Lubmin kommen, aber nicht in diese Unterkunft. Preis/Leistung waren für uns nicht gerechtfertigt.

Urlaub in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Fünf Tage Pfingsturlaub mit Familie und Hund in einer schönen Ferienwohnung, die über zwei Etagen bestens geeignet ist, mit mehreren Generationen zu übernachten. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr freundliche Betreuung durch die Verwalterin vor Ort - immer wieder gern :)

Top Lage, viel ungenutztes Potenzial

Das Appartement liegt, wie ein kleines Reihenhaus auf zwei Etagen verteilt, keine 200 m vom Strand und knapp 400 m von der Seebrücke entfernt. Top Ausgangslage also für den perfekten Strandurlaub. Leider wird sehr viel Potenzial dadurch verschenkt, dass Instandhaltung, Pflege und Sauberkeit SEHR zu wünschen lassen. Noch bevor wir vollständig auspacken konnten, mussten wir erst einmal gut zwei Stunden reparieren, putzen und instandsetzen. Trotzdem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Es hätte schön sein können

Das Objekt und die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt wenig Privatsphäre, da sehr eng und verbunden mit Nachbarwohnungen. Nur wenige Meter direkt gegenüber liegt ein öffentlicher Parkplatz. Der ist am Wochenende überaus stark frequentiert. In der Woche wird dort morgens spätestens ab 07.15 h Baumaterial mit viel Lärm verladen -> macht das Ausschlafen unmöglich. Fazit: Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.

Bettdecke hat Flecken und Löcher, ebenso die Matratzen. Den Wasserkocher konnten wir gar nicht nutzen, total verkalkt. Die Mikrowelle absolut dreckig, Brötchenkrümel im Backofen. Schön war der Balkon und die Terrasse.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem das Inventar in der Küche und die Matratzen sowie Bettdecken müssen ganz dringend erneuert werden. Schön ist der Balkon und die kleine Terrasse. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Wasser.

Eine Tolle Zeit

Wir haben die gemeinsame Zeit genossen. Whg. Leider nicht gründlich gereinigt. Dieser Zustand war teilweise ohne ins Detail zu gehen nicht tragbar. Das W-Lan konnte man kaum nutzen, Zeitweise gar nicht. Da auch kein Telekom oder o2 Hotspot übers Handy nutzbar war ist man beim schlechtem Wetter auf s Buch und Brettspiele angewiesen. Wir haben was draus gemacht. Jetzt wissen wir was uns erwartet, wir würden nochmal hinfahren. Mfg
