The beach villa consists of a main building with several apartments and adjoining terraced houses. Direct access to the car-free beach promenade and the wide, fine sandy beach.  
"Strandvilla (LUB116)", 3-room maisonette 75 m2 on 2 levels. Modern furnishings: living room with cable TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and cable TV.
