The beach villa consists of a main building with several apartments and adjoining terraced houses. Direct access to the car-free beach promenade and the wide, fine sandy beach. Leider war die Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber. Es befanden sich sehr viele Tierhaare auf den Möbeln und dem Boden. Spinnweben waren überall. Putzlappen und Putzmittel lagen zugänglich für Kleinkinder. Das Reisebett und den Hochstuhl mussten wir selber suchen und bereit stellen. Das Reisebett war in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Türen könnten mal etwas Öl und Schrauben nachziehen gebrauchen. Die Betten knarren bei der kleinsten Bewegung und die Matratzen eindeutig zu hart. Das Häuschen liegt 20m vom Strand entfernt und gleich daneben ein Spielplatz.
