We had a great stay Everything was excellent

All staff are very friendly. Room is a bit dated. Very nice property overall. Breakfast portion is relatively small.

Was pleasantly surprised by the room we rented. Room number 1. Had a private washroom, fridge everything we needed for a 2 night stay at the beach. The bed could be a queen to give 2 adults a little more room. We were grateful for the air conditioner and coffee machine. They supplied a couple bottles of water, some granola bars which help when heading to the beach. Would be nice to have a patio door to go outside from the room but it was just a short distance to front door. The common area was pleasant but very stuffy and and damp but was told they just cleaned up after flooding so I'm sure a dehumidifier will solve the issue. Close to beach, right beside a great restaurant, parking right out front. Would stay again in room 1. The gentleman who helped us get to our room was pleasant and very helpful. Everyone was friendly.

The room was recently renovated and clean. The staff is friendly and the grab and go breakfast is good. The location is central. The hotel is currently under renovation so one of the elevators is being used by the crew during working hours and there is construction noise and work going on during the day. Although the central location makes it fairly easy to go places. The hotel is located on Dundas Street downtown and directly next door is a Hope House which poses issues especially after dark when walking downtown.

We stayed in the older part of the hotel but our room was updated. Hallways were dated though. Room was very clean. Bed and pillows comfy. As with most hotels, could use better lighting. Hotel was at full capacity but we did not notice any noise disturbances.
