“Vi hade bokat en juniorsvit i den äldre byggnaden med fyra sängar. När vi checkade in var dock två av sängarna inte bäddade, och täcken samt kuddar saknades. Rummet vi skulle ha var riktigt charmigt och mysigt, men det bästa var hur snabbt och proffsigt personalen löste situationen – vi blev till och med uppgraderade till deras fantastiska svit i den nya byggnaden! Svitens utsikt över Elbe var magisk, och rummet var både fräscht, mysigt och mycket fint inrett. Frukosten var en riktig höjdpunkt……

“Unterkunft war sehr ruhig. Großes Wohn- Esszimmer. Großes Bad mit Sauna. WC war separat und die Tür ging nach außen auf. Weite Strecken zu laufen auf dem großen Gelände. Ca. 2 km Fußweg vom Parkplatz zum Appartement. Ca. 1 km Fußweg zum Market Dome.”

“Trotz der nur ab 13:00 Uhr anwesenden Rezeption klappte alles hervorragend. Das Frühstück war super, wir fanden mit unserer 7-köpfigen Gruppe einen schönen Platz. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und als Autofahrer hat man gute Chance, einen der Parkplätze zu bekommen. Die Hotelpreise in Lüneburg sind eher hoch, so auch im Dormero Hotel Altes Kaufhaus. Da muss man erstmal etwas schlucken. Aber der schöne Aufenthalt in einem modernen Ambiente hat es größtenteils ausgeglichen.”
