Consisting of a welcoming living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom with small balcony and a renovated bathroom with shower, the apartment is ideal for those looking for a refuge a few steps from the lake. The bright and well-furnished living room features a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The double bedroom, with its quiet and comfortable environment, guarantees a regenerating rest. The bathroom, recently renovated, is modern and functional, complete with a practical shower. There is also a storage room with wardrobes and a washing machine. A real highlight of this two-room apartment is the spacious roof terrace (accessed via a steep staircase). Equipped with a table, deckchairs, and an umbrella, it is the ideal place to sunbathe, enjoy the panoramic view of the historic center and relax in the open air. Schöne Wohnung mitten im Zentrum von Luino. Mittwochs können Sie den Markt bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Komplette Küche und geräumiges Badezimmer. Schöne geräumige Dachterrasse mit viel Sonne. Wenig Aussicht wegen Bäumen. Viel Lärm von der Bar unten und abends eine belebte Straße. Schlafzimmertüren lassen sich komplett schließen, aber ohne Klimaanlage ist es im Sommer sehr heiß.
