Great place! The place is showing its age! The rooms could have been much cleaner! under the bed was filthy and I feel like the pillows and linens were for a 1 star resort. It is difficult to review because some things were 5 star and some things were a 1 star.

Lots of construction and updates. Very beautiful. We loved our room but the construction noise in the morning was not my favorite. Pools are so beautiful and everyone is so nice. Food was amazing. Only negative was all the pools close at 8pm and if you are by the fire pit you have to go to the 7th floor to get a drink from the only open bar. Not very convenient. The elevators are pretty slow. But all and all an amazing place with amazing staff. Would definitely stay again.

"Staff was great place was beautiful room was very nice. Only thing when daily cleaning of room they never gave us significant towels even when we requested it. Other than that Hotel Resort was beautiful and great. Thank you very much"
