Lovely condo in a very nice plaza with decent restaurants and a great coffee shop. Getting there was a nightmare. The link to the map took us to another property and the address typed in directly to Google Maps took us to a sketchy neighborhood. The only landmark they mentioned was a restaurant that no longer exists. It was stressful and added an hour to our trip. Nowhere in the listing did it mention the complex name — Puebleto Marino. Just that information would have been extremely helpful. Also, the internet was terrible and it was very difficult to watch TV or movies, a two hour movie took three hours because of how many times the internet dropped. Lastly, the pictures make us look as if the beach and pool are right outside, but they are down the road and there was no parking there, nor would the beach club staff bring us back to our condo. Otherwise, the location and amenities were lovely.

Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.

Great location and restaurants, but the surrounding environment and atmosphere fall short of expectations. Also, the photos look much better than reality.

I traveled with 4 kids ranging from 1.5 years old to 17 years old and found the resort to have a ton of food options for all ages. There wasn’t a ton to do besides swim for the littles, as the kids shows were after 8pm and we are east coast time so they were well asleep before 8pm Cabo time. We did a ton of swimming and the water was clean and amazing!
