“The staff were AMAZING! Loved them so much, so kind and helpful and friendly, they were a pleasure to talk to!
We were only staying 1 night so we booked a room with no window as it was mostly for sleeping, but they have created this cool "fake window" with a light that looks like daylight and a cool green wall!
The hotel was beautiful, great amenities, great breakfast buffet, clean and very cool rooftop pool!
Will 100% be staying here next time I come to Hanoi!”

“Beautiful hotel on the edge of Old Quarter so easy to reach. Rooms are a little small but offer a great city view. All staff throughout were very friendly and courteous. The spa was awesome. The rooftop bar is great and dinner in the restaurant was very nice. I sent compliments to the chef over the preparation of my salmon fillet. This is a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it to my friends visiting Hanoi. ”
