"House keeping - missing face towel one day, Empty toilet roll removed from dispenser but not replenish with a new roll. Gave us a pack of tissue one day, started using it, next day it was gone. A bit of continuous training might be a good idea."

"We stayed one night - the hotel is in the middle of a renovated old town - very cute and picturesque area especially at night. The hotel is a gem and the staff super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese and served on individual tray. The hotel is a museum but we did not have time to roam around. The rooms are well appointed and modern in a historic setting. Not that the hotel is in pedestrian area and it would advisable to call in before you arrive for directions. On our way out the staff accompanied us out to the taxi stop and were extremely courteous. They stayed with us until the taxi arrived."

"From start to finish our stay here was amazing. The rooms were spacious and modern. The building is situated in a little square next to the river. The hotel offer free pick up and drop off at the train station which was a big help. What makes staying here the best, is the staff. Such lovely, thoughtful people, who can not do enough for you. They really do go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. They have a really fluffy cat that chills out in the lobby that my son loved. On leaving the hotel, the staff gave us a gift which was incredibly nice of them. Please do stay at this hotel if you visit the area. 10/10"

"Intimate boutique hotel in an old manor recently renovated. An oasis in an otherwise busy neighborhood. Staff were helpful and the breakfasts were abundant and delicious."

"The hotel is well located. It is next to the walking street and shopping mall. It has 7-11 and Starbucks at the property. However the room is kind of old and really need to be renovated. The most disappointing thing is the washer does not come with a dryer function."

"Great hotel. Great location. New, clean with quite spacious rooms. One thing I did not like: someone smoked in neighbour room and smoke smell came through the ventilation to my room. Because I am not a smoker it was unpleasant. Otherwise, all good."
