"Hotel desk was on second floor, 1st was like a basement, multiful Humidifiers were in hallways, probably trying to stop a mold problem. The toilet in my room would not flush, the handle when tried didn't move, was afraid I would break the handle off, so I had to tank the tank cover off to lift flusher ..."

"Hot tub was not heating and did not get hot until an hour before they close the pool area. Found food left from a previous guest in our room. Strange smell in hallway. And there was mold on the wall in the bathroom in our room."
