"This hotel is literally under construction. It's a series of prefab bungalows that have been slapped together with tape and glue. do not trust the photos. The hot tubs are empty, everything is falling apart and the couches are disgusting. The hot water heaters barely work and only for about 3 minutes. Claims to be non smoking, except there are cigarette burns everywhere and everything reeks of smoke. The stray cats will not leave you alone. The chickens behind the hotel make noise all night...

"A very short walk from the bus station. The building is well marked with the contact number in the window. As no one was at the reception I phoned the number and said in English that we had arrived. Only Turkish was spoken but a person in next door block of flats waived from upstairs and then a guy came down and showed us around the flat. The whole building is new and everything smells fresh. "I had a phenomenal time at Rixos Downtown Antalya. Aylin and Fatma from Guest Relations were amazing and made everything feel easy and personal. Ahmet at the bar was great, and the Filipino ladies in the restaurant were the highlight of every meal, smiling all day long and genuinely spreading happiness. Great food, a really enjoyable stay, lucky with beautiful weather, and the cutest cats around for extra cuddles. Would happily come back."

"Disappointing Experience – Not Even Close to 4 Stars I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Despite being listed as a 4-star property, it didn’t even meet basic expectations. Service: Upon arrival, there was no welcome or any friendly interaction from the front desk. The staff didn’t speak English, which made even basic communication difficult. This was a huge issue for me, especially when trying to resolve problems with the room. Room Conditions: The room was dirty, with no lights working. After reporting this, the staff eventually came to replace the bulb. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a broken tap and overall filthiness. To top it off, there was no hot water for a day, and we were left without water entirely for a period. Food & Drinks: We booked all-inclusive, but the food and drink situation was a joke. Breakfast had very limited options, and when we arrived at 8:30 AM (with breakfast until 9 AM), they told us everything was finished. There was also no alcohol included in the all-inclusive package; we were only given wine, and any beer or other spirits came with an extra charge. This was a major letdown considering we paid for all-inclusive. Wi-Fi & Amenities: Wi-Fi wasn’t free; we had to pay an additional €5 per day for access, which is not acceptable in this day and age. There were many broken amenities in the hotel, making it clear that maintenance was not a priority. "
