★ Please be mindful of our neighbours and other guests. This is a residential, neighbourhood. No noise after 10pm.
★Please note that we have a device installed at the property that detects noise levels and alerts us to excessive noise at the property. The same device detects cigarette smoke and will alert of us of the same.
★ Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property (separate to your agreement with Airbnb). This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay. You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Portal containing lots of useful information about the property and the local area.
★ Please note that guests will be required to pay a £300 damage deposit prior to arrival. This will take the form of a pre-authorisation on your credit card 2 days prior to arrival. This will be handled outside of Airbnb. You will be prompted to provide your credit card details to pre-authorise your deposit during online check-in. Your deposit will be released back to you within 3 days after check-out.
Strictly no parties

Strictly no smoking inside the house. Deposit will be withheld if evidence of smoking is discovered (including smell)

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subjected to availability (additional fees apply - charged separately)
