“Great staff, fantastic break fast, lunch and dinner”

“They did a bait-and-switch with the rooms and did not get me the room that I had ordered and laid for. Instead I got a terrible room behind the stage if the wedding hall, which was clearly only for staff, Room C4. I have pictures of how much junk I had to walk through, including squeezing between scaffolding several times. The room had no TV or phone, and the bathroom smelled like mold. There were two rooms, one of which had no air conditioning. I demanded the kind of room that I ordered, and……

“Hotel needs to improve lot, towels and beds are not clean and can see so many dark spots / yellow stains. Don't call as this Business hotel, not able to find receptionist always. ”
