"Very run down. Initially received the wrong room and wouldn’t change as they were “fully booked” so I had to sleep on the sofa bed. Next day had to move rooms but 1 of the bedrooms was awful at night as the windows would not close correctly allowing all the street noise in, even though I was on the 7th floor, also letting all the sunlight in as there was only small blinds and no curtains. The rooms were very run down with mould in bathrooms and sockets falling off the walls."
