The staff were incredible, however I must deduct one star because we communicated a few days before on a pickup from the airport and they never showed up. We had to take an uber from the airport for about 140MAD.
It was our first time in Marrakech so it would have been helpful to have someone from the hotel pick us up. They told us that a colleague was suddenly on vacation but then there was no reconciliation on the matter.
There were limited food options despite having a menu; you’d often have to ask what’s available.
They were very accommodating for not canceling our reservation for arriving one day late due to a delay in flight. But then the room wasn’t available right away.
The Riad is pretty centrally located which we enjoyed. We were not planning to stay in the Riad during our stay because we’re out and about but it is small and something worth considering if you plan to relax while in Marrakech.
They do have an absolutely beautiful view of the sunset in their rooftop.
Overall decent stay, could have been a bit better for the value.
Staff speaks French, English, Arabic. They understand Spanish but only one or two have some conversational skills, same with Italian.
Food was a bit on the pricey side.
