“Love being here - great set up with lots of common area for gathering”

“Breakfast ok. Beds were not comfortable at all and bed sheets and pillows smelly. Bathroom faucet leaking and after complaint no one fixed it”

“Our room had several stains on the carpet and furniture. We checked in at 10:30PM and the cleaning staff had left piles of dirty sheets and towels outside of the rooms. We didn’t think much of it assuming they were cleaning, but when we left in the morning the piles were still there. We also saw the staff place clean folded stacks of towels on the floor outside of the room and public trash cans were overflowing. Not very hygienic.”

“I just left this Hotel, I cannot stay there after my long driving. The room is much different and awful than the pictures those display in Expedia App, also including some smelling, a kind of moldy air.”

“The front desk agent was rude. He gave me a room key to a room that was already rented out. I had to go back to the office and get another room key. The place was very dirty the tub was black. Every lamp in the room didn’t have a light bulb. There was numerous holes in the walls. The carpet smelled no toilet paper no towels. The entire bathroom was dirty. I left and stayed at another hotel even though I had paid for a room there. I would like a refund. Worst place I’ve ever experienced.”

“The front desk helped us quickly and checked us in quickly. We had our dog with us and they were aware ahead of time. We were treated well. Our room was spacious and clean. The indoor pool was nice and had towels. Breakfast was good but not quickly restocked. The hotel was FULL and there was only one worker for the breakfast area, so that could have been the problem. We asked her for more cafe and waited, but she didn't make any more. Breakfast still had an hour to go. Other than that it……

“I stayed here for one night on my way back from Colorado Springs to San Antonio. The hotel's location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby. The property appeared to have been recently renovated, and everything felt clean, quiet, and well maintained. I had a good night's sleep, which was exactly what I needed after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was included the next morning, and it was good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again……
