"The property is well out in the countryside, not too far from the Polish border at Słubice, about 90 mins east of central Berlin. Set on a lake, it’s tranquil. A collection of different buildings set apart, with short walks to the restaurant, spa, reception etc. After check in I had a bit of a shock when I got to the room, as it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest! I went straight back to reception and they were as shocked as me. Life isn’t about not making mistakes, but how you deal with them- and this matter was handled well. I received a profuse and genuine apology and was immediately upgraded to a suite. I guess the only thing extra that could’ve been done to compensate was a welcome drink at the restaurant where they were aware I was going to be dining at shortly, that would’ve been an appreciated touch. That said, the suite was very large, and tastefully designed. The property is rural in nature, mostly wooden. The suite has its bed on mezzanine level, with a large seating area and balcony. A walk in wardrobe and double bathroom. My original room that I saw briefly, was large, with a separate seating area and bedroom all on one level. I don’t think it had a balcony but normally I would’ve been very satisfied with it. The restaurant is set on the lake too, with 2 courses for €35 or 3 for €42. It’s a high standard I didn’t visit the spa, but did have a swim in the 25m outdoor pool - a fresh 22•C There is a fully heated indoor pool too Highly recommend"

"Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus und haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, sodass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt.Besonders schön sind die ruhige Lage und die angenehme Atmosphäre – perfekt, um sich zu entspannen und dem Alltag für ein paar Tage zu entfliehen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war freundlich, unkompliziert und zuverlässig.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Sehr schön gelegenes Haus. Ausstattung dürfte einmal überarbeitet werden entweder zuviel von dem Einen oder zu wenig von etwas anderem. Sauberkeit war okay Geräte...Spülmaschine z.B. sollte ab und an mal Grundgereinigt werden. Trotz kleiner Mängel haben wir uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. Leider war dies Altersbedingt der letzte Urlaub in Storkow, das wir sehr mögen. Alles in allem kann man dort gut entspannen und eine schöne Zeit haben."
