Terrible breakfast offerings, bathroom emits a bad smell nonstop, sink had almost zero water pressure, bed is very hard, room has a temperature gauge but doesn’t work and room never goes below 20c. The only good thing is the location.

Great economical option

The room was very clean and the overall experience was great. Considering the central location on the price point, we did not mind staying in the sub basement hotel. In the nicest possible way, it looks more like a wine cellar perfect for a few nights stay.

The hotel was centrally located. The accommodation was satisfactory. The breakfast was to be desired. Storage for after hours was horrible. There was no secured lockers available, we had to store above the lockers. Luckily there were cameras that made us feel a bit better.

Excellent! The hotel is only a couple of blocks from Puerta del Sol yet its immediate surroundings are quiet. There are plenty of eateries within a block or two. The room/bedding was very clean and comfortable. Finally, the staff is friendly and responsive.

Overall great stay, near amenities or a short walk away, clean, and served it’s purpose. Only complaint is room doesn’t get cleaned but since we only did two nights, not having clean towels brought to the room wasn’t a big deal but not sure what happens if you stay longer.
