  • Beautiful design penthouse in the heart of Madrid, in the heart of Gran Vía, metro Callao, close to all tourist and oció places. Theaters, museums, shopping, parks, restaurants and bars, better impossible.
    The first bedroom is interior with wardrobe and bathroom en suite. The second bedroom is exterior with its own terrace, bathtub and sofa on the terrace and its own bathroom with shower.
    It has a kitchenette and bar stools to chat while one is preparing the food.
    The dining room is open to the spacious living room that leads to the terrace with Balinese wrought iron bed, table and chairs.
    The living room sofa can be converted into a bed of 90.
