Staffs are super professional. Speaks quite fluent English and super welcoming. I loved how they respected and behaved so well.

"The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. There is a common waiting area at level 2. They provide a hot/cold water dispenser and a dining table so that you can eat there. The staff are helpful. "We found few roaches in the room. Bathroom was filthy, mouldy, and has a lot of fruit flies. Tiles were white, so the dirts can be seen obviously. the only thing i like about this hotel was the staffs as they were friendly and helpful. Book elsewhere if you are particular about the room cleanliness. "

So i ordered a tuna croissant and they buy a can of tuna from the convenient store and croissant was from freezer. Not a real cafe. Staff dont speak english."

"Great Hotel, Great Location
The room was very spacious with a very comfortable King Size Bed. The bathroom was also spacious, well equipped and very clean.
Everything was in working order and very clean. The location opposite Hat Yai Central is very convenient.
We'll definitely be using Z Sleep Hotel for our accomodation option in Hat Yai.

The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes drive from the city centre. The immediate neighbourhood is relatively quiet but is not a tourist area, so you will need to have or arrange transport. There's some food stalls, bars and convenience stalls within walking distance but there's nothing fancy apart from the hotel's own restaurant which opens at 11am."
