Check in was easy. Very clean and nicely sized room. The bathroom was incredibly small, which is the only downfall for this hotel. The hotel was within a walkable distance to public transportation. Food options nearby, and a quick 3 minute walk to a Lawson convenience store.

Hotel Crush On is superbly located in a quiet area, yet close enough to walk to Nishiki Market and across the river to Gion. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby to choose from too. We loved our stay at Hotel Crush On. Highly recommended!

We thought it would be closer to the attractions and sights. Staff were less than helpful when checking out and needing transport for luggage...we had to organise ourselves. Not very willing to give extra pillows upon arrival and generally not very helpful. The room was a great size for 4, 2 seperate bedrooms, 2 toilets and lounge but we would prefer to be closer to main attractions/shops

Best location, clean and nice

"The hotel quite new and very well maintained . Look a feel new. Service is very good and helpful. Location is superb - can’t be better - 20m from Namba station exit, minutes from dotonbori, dozens of restaurants. But… room is really small. Functional but small - almost no place to move. Pay attention ..."
