"We stayed in the tiny house which was a good choice as the weather was cool and wet - it took a bit of work to get the woodstove going for us to get warm (and you need to take care once it's hot) - it did make downstairs comfortable to be in but the sleeping area very stuffy. There is an electric heater also but we didn't use that. We had been made aware that there was no stovetop in the house - the fridge is now in that space - so we had planned appropriately. An electric hotplate would suffice though. We also knew that there was no toilet inside the house, the portaloo close by was the fanciest I have experienced, with flush and hand sanitiser. The showers were a walk away which was less convenient. A nice view out of the window, although lots of people do walk by and check out the house. A range of water birds in the lake and the occasional rabbit on the lawn. An allocated parking space is a few steps from the door of the house."

"Our stay at the house had a few issues that affected the overall experience. The host was responsive and did communicate with us, and they were willing to adjust the check-in time, which we appreciated. However, it was only after we enquired about check-in that we were informed the dishwasher was leaking and wouldn’t be fixed until the following week. This was disappointing, as it’s something we would have preferred to know in advance.The kitchen also wasn’t equipped with the quality cookware that was mentioned in the listing, which made preparing meals more difficult than expected. In addition, on the morning of our checkout, the gardening service arrived and began mowing the lawns before we had even left( as this was clearly not done before checking in), which felt intrusive and rushed.Overall, while the host was communicative, the maintenance issues and lack of amenities meant the stay didn’t quite meet the expectations set by the listing."

"A beautifully-appointed flat with an extremely comfortable living room, bedroom and kitchen. The doors open to a deck and a lovely garden, with mountains in the background. "

"Wr had amazing time there. The house has best view of the lake. The picture don't do justice. It is magical view. The communication was good too.the only flaw was low internet which we connectivity which is good for social detox but we needed it. "

"We enjoyed our 5 day stay in this cute, cozy bach! We had everything we needed for cooking, the bedding was very comfortable and we all slept well here. Beautiful scenery can be viewed right outside every window. The hosts were responsive, although we had no issues come up. We even had a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers on arrival. The lavender and honeysuckle bushes lining the entrance were an added fragrant treat. "
