"I was a bit sceptical staying at a backpackers with my 15 year old daughter. Things have changed in the last 30 years! The twin room was cozy and private with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with enough equipment and utensils to keep a master chef happy. The bathrooms were spotless and there was an endless supply of boiling hot water. The sauna and hot tub were a welcome bonus after a big day skiing. The location is perfect with just a short stroll into town, the gardens and...

"Very outdated, the vibe from the whole place made me sleep with the light on as there was something very eerie about the place, the communal bathrooms were pretty bad, no soap, no one had cleaned the entire time I was there, razors left behind in shower put me off, and hardly any lighting in there once it goes dark. Curtains had mould on them and pillows were dirty, one window permanently open in my room so there was a breeze but overall a cheap room"
