Top floor south west facing 19th century collectors apartment, decorated with memorabilia from Malaga.
This traditional apartment, is very bright and airy, with high ceilings, and three south west facing balconies.
Plaza de la Constitution is a five minute walk, the Picasso museum is around 7 minutes, and the Thyssen Museum is a 3 minute walk away.
Situated in a pedestrianised residential area, the apartment is very quiet, but a stones throw from the action.

Calle Alvarez is a street of protected 19th century apartment blocks.
Each property has three apartments, ours is on the top floor, and is bathed in sunlight from morning till evening.

Sfeervol appartement in rustige buurt dichtbij het centrum. Wij voelden ons er zeer op ons gemak. Goede bedden en lekkere zachte kussens. Wij hadden alleen een probleem met het verwarmen van de ruimte via de airco tijdens koude dagen. Een gebruiksaanwijzing hiervoor zou handig geweest zijn ook voor de inductiekookplaat als je thuis altijd op gas stookt!

Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage ist auch gut!

Good central location

We passed a great week in Malaga. The apartment was well located in a somewhat scruffy area but not untypical for Southern European city. It is well equipped and the bed was comfortable although the pillows were too soft for preference. Restaurants and shops were easily accessible and there are a number of bakeries within a 5 min stroll. My only disappointment was the description of ‘3 balconies’ This is misleading as they are Juliet balconies and not somewhere where you can sit to eat, drink or watch the world go by. However I would recommend if you want a Spanish experience and not just a tourist experience.

Gezellig appartement op centrale locatie

Het appartement is heel vezelliv ingericht. Vol met mooie foto’s en herinneringen aan verre reizen. Het enige minpunt wRen de bedden. Deze piepten en kraakten nogal. Ik zou er ook niet graag met 2 pers in liggen. Maar ik ben ook al oud.

Top Basis um Málaga zu erkunden

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und perfekt vom Flughafen zu erreichen (vom Flughafen bis zur Haustür brauchen an ca 25min). In die Altstadt fällt man praktisch wenn man die Wohnung verlässt. Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen, zu fünft könnte es in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer abends ein bisschen eng werden wenn alle gemütlich sitzen wollen. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet zum kochen, genug Geschirr und Töpfe. Das Bad ist geräumig, hat aber keine richtige Belüftung - Fenster geht zur Küche. Ist aber kein großes Problem. Die Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung. Die Gastgeber sind hilfsbereit und reagieren schnell auf Nachrichten oder Probleme! Das einzige was etwas stört ist dass die Betten sehr laut quietschen. Dadurch dass die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist hört man das auch wenn im Nebenzimmer jemand sich im Bett umdreht. Insgesamt aber super empfehlenswert, ich würde wieder buchen beim nächsten Besuch in Málaga!

Großartige Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist hell und groß. Sie bietet Platz für insgesamt 5 Leute in 3 Schlafzimmern und verfügt darüber hinaus über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, ein riesen Bad und eine toll ausgestattete Küche. Die Anreise war völlig problemlos. Außerdem liegt sie nahe am Zentrum. Die einzigen beiden Mankos: 1. in Außenzimmer und Wohnzimmer dringt der Straßenlärm in voller Lautstärke. Vor allem nachts am Wochenende ist das störend, da es wirklich laut ist. Allgemein ist die Wohnung hellhörig. 2. Da es in der Nähe keine gratis Parkplätze gibt, haben wir in der Nähe der Uni (El Ejido) geparkt. Am Abreisetag habe ich sämtliche Lebensmittel mit nach unten genommen und neben der Türe stehen lassen, während ich das Auto geholt habe. Als ich wiederkam war leider alles weg (es wurde im ersten Stock gesichtet, für mich dann jedoch nicht mehr zu bekommen). Das fand ich sehr schade! Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen!!

Great lokation and nice appartment

Thank you for a great stay at your lovely appartment. The lokation was perfect both close to the beach en the city center with lots of resturants and bars. The appartment was clean when we arrived and had all the basic thing we needed. overall a great stay - thank you!

bright clean apartment at the heart of the city

This is a lovely apartment, very suitable for a short break. It is well furnished and very clean. There was building work in the downstairs apartment when we were there which was noisy, but otherwise the area was good, and very convenient for restaurants etc.
