The 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 10 people. The villa features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), centralized air conditioning (available in the living area and bedrooms), a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a high chair are available upon request. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (open all year round), a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The villa is located next to a golf course and is just a 2 to 7 minute (1 to 1.45 km) drive from a restaurant, a cafe, a bar, and a supermarket. Scenic Playa del Peñón del Cuervo beach is 1.16 km drive from the villa. Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport is a 22 minute (25.5 km) away. Free parking is available in a garage and on the property. Pets are allowed only upon request. The property has a step-free access and interior, as well as wide doors.
