This property was extremely clean. You were greeted with the Hindi red dot on your forehead. the property has a gym, spa, restaurant, rooftop pool, helipad, and rooms with balconies that showcase the beautiful views of Munnar. The only downfall was the breakfast for me - it was cold and not the best. The fresh juice was great! but i would not recommend having breakfast here. Munnar itself has so much to do and see so the options around are endless. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English and was very helpful.

The WiFi didn’t work for our whole stay. There was no running hot water available in the shower during the day. It was only after taking a shower later in the day and having cold running water did I find out of the limited availability. We were not informed that running hot water for shower is available ...
