The room was very basic, which would have been fine, but was also not clean. Sheets and beds had stains, traces of bed bugs, and only a dirty looking blanket to cover you that didn't look like it had been washed. Staff member barely reacted when we handed back the keys and said we were leaving - just rolled his eyes and took the key, so I assume we aren't the first to leave...

Great new hotel. Rooms were spacious, well laid out and had great city views. I was lucky to get a view of Petronas Towers.
Breakfast is on 19th floor with city views and Petronas Towers. Amazing selection of local as well as international cuisine. Post breakfast this is an Italian restaurant.
There is a 24 hour gym. The open top pool is on the top floor as is the bar and is well laid out.
Staff in the bar were accommodating and helpful.
The ground floor has a restaurant too.
All in all, a great new contemporary hotel which embraces the original sources of Malaysia, is very central, walking distance to KLCC Park, Petronas Towers, shopping malls and public transport.

The toilet took forever to refill. Other than those two issues the room was very spacious and comfortable for our stay and we will definitely return for our future trip in KL. "
