The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was with a good variety and tasty and the hotel has a big parking place. A short 5-minute drive and you are in the center of Mérida, the hotel is just outside the city so the surroundings are quiet. Unfortunately, there was a negative part of our stay, the hotel is not soundproof to the interior corridors and adjacent rooms so we could hear everything very loud and clear, other guests closing their room doors guests talking in the hallways early in the morning, toilets being flushed, coughing, etc. which did not provide a good night's rest.

Everything about this hotel is just amazing, from the rich heritage this hotel holds, the inside n the beautiful building n the location n the staff.

Cleanliness of the place, and all well maintained.

Great spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and had toiletries, hair dyer and a bidet. Would not hesitate to return again.
