“I spilled an ENTIRE cup of cocoa I was making for my niece. The clerk on was a very kind, friendly young man named Paul. I have worked as a chef for 30 years, the cocoa went EVERYWHERE. He got a mop bucket , I started cleaning my mess up I just know what its like to walk into a mess!! Left by someone else. Paul said "you dont have to finish, ill do it no problem. “Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket?

“I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hideaway in Lenox. The facility is charming, cozy, and clean.
The problem was checking in. The link they sent me did not work. I was able to get in touch with someone over the phone, but it took some time and the agent was difficult to understand.
I found the check-in process to be stressful. After we got over this part, the day was very pleasant, and I would definitely go back in the future.”
