Palm Tree Hotel were a possitive surprise for me, really friendly serviceminded staff, clean rooms and a exellent breakfast buffé, restaurant was clean and I got a Tex Mex buffé that was fresh but since I was late and the last customer I think it had been even better if I had got there earlier in evening, but I can strongly recommend this hotel, with the location downtown, the best

This was a very nice hotel for us. Parking was a bit of a challenge, as you really need the parking app or you have to use the machine, all in Swedish, to park in the very close parking lot. The woman at the desk in the evening was really nice to help me. The rooms are quite small, but comfortable. Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. We regret that we didn't stay here a second time before our return ferry trip, as these people were much nicer and more helpful than the other place we stayed. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel

I had an exclusive room. The interior design of the room was very nice and cosy with view to the city. The king size bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. Everything was great except from the tv channels that had a bad connection so it was impossible to watch tv. And I missed a real tea kettle to boil water. There was a coffee machine. The Breakfast was good. And very kind people working in the hotel :)

Staff, including Malin and Monika, were helpful, kind and professional. Breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants. So much choice. The location of the hotel is great: a five minute walk to the bus and train station and steps from shops and restaurants. Thank you.

Sehr günstige Lage für Fährreisende. Alles okay, aber nichts herausragend Besonderes. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war komplett in Schwarz gehalten und Beleuchtung sehr spärlich. Man muss aufpassen, dass man bei der Abreise sein Handy und seinen Laptop nicht übersieht. Günstige Parkmöglichkeiten können je nach Wochentag und Saison schwierig sein. Hotel-eigene Tiegarage vorhanden, aber nicht ganz günstig. Wir hatten Glück, am Wochenende da gewesen zu sein. Da war der 3 Min. Fußweg vom Hotel gelegene Parkplatz kostenlos.

Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir leider sehr früh zur Fähre aufbrechen mussten, konnten wir nicht zum Frühstück, dafür bekamen wir morgens eine gute gefüllte Frühstückstüte zum Mitnehmen. Das Familienzimmer war wirklich geräumig. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder, wenn wir wieder in Trelleborg sind.
