The rooms were clean and sound-proof, both of which are very important criteria for me. It’s also a very dog friendly hotel. They only take a fraction of extra payment compared to what other hotels charge. Your dog can access free water and goodies at the entrance.
The service felt a bit “cold”. The breakfast was horrible. If you offer scrambled eggs, offer “real scrambled eggs. This generic industrial prepared egg-liquid has become a bad habit even in kitchens within high” rated hotel chains. It’s disgusting. Generally speaking, it was a very unhealthy breakfast. White bread, sausages, meatballs (where is the meat in them?), black-fried bacon, and fake scrambled eggs. That’s no way to start a day! I ended up with eating a bowl of yoghurt and two medium-boiled eggs with some slices of cucumbers and tomatoes (all the green there was) in the end. A renowned hotel chain like Radisson should be ashamed!
In addition to that, the restaurant was closed for the rest of the day. I understand that in times of Corvid-19, things are managed a bit differently. However, there was no information or whatsoever on any booking website that the restaurant is closed! Instead you are sent to one of a few fast-food restaurants nearby. At least be honest and inform your guests about these things before they book, pay, and stay.
