"A fantastic place to stay! It is located in a nice area, well furnished, and has ample kitchen supplies. No oven but really nice bbq's. The master bedroom doors opened up to the best saltwater pool ever! Very nice staff. Desere lives across the street and provided an early check-in knowing our other rental had an early check out. l would highly recommend the Canucu Residece. "

Arashi beach is less than a mile—my favorite!Victor was a very attentive host. The condo was larger than I expected. The decor was tasteful. We had a small mishap and Victor came through for us! "The apartment/villa was clean and modern and on one story which was helpful and easy to get around. The unit was very quiet and views of the golf course lovely. Victor Lopez the manager was very busy but was helpful in bringing in a microwave since the unit didn't have one. I would stay there again and being a part of the Tierra del Sol community."

"House was good , but - None of the shower heads in all bathrooms worked, was frustrating. - There was no toilet plunger, one of the days the toilet clogged and had to call for help, a maintenance guy came and was asking me if i had a plunger, i told him i am a guess and did not see any plunger, he left and brought after a while. - Was not able to lock the batroom door down stairs, so if someone had to use the bathroom , some had to watch so no one else enters. This sucked. - There was no broom...
