“This hotel has a great location. Beach is nice. Water was nice as well. Housekeeping was very slow and unreliable. I wasn’t able to check in to my room until 5pm after arriving at 1pm. I don’t expect early check in, but I do expect the room to be ready by the 4pm check in time. I witnessed a child’s horror after digging a dirty diaper from the sand and watching poop fall out as he lifted it up. Staff is extremely ready to have every beach chair locked up by 6pm.
