“The property was newly renovated and looks nice. However, the tile floors in the room and bathroom need a thorough mopping. It was dirty upon our arrival. The wet floor in the bathroom, mixed with the accumulated dirt, made our bare feet dirty. We asked the staff to mop. All they did was smudge the traffic area. ”

“Word for the wise! If you pay for the “huts” on the beach for your entire stay, make sure you claim them daily between 7-9am or they are forfeited and given to other guests. You are not charged but you don’t have your hut. Many guests were upset as that is the reason you rent them so as not having to rush down in the morning. ”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing. I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible. I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days. It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing……
