“This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”

“Die Fewo hat bei Ankunft abends ungefähr unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Herdplatten verrostet, die Geräte funktionieren, außer der halbkaputte Fön. Betten sehr ok, Bad und Toilette sauber. Dagegen bräuchten mindestens der Fußboden, die Tür (-klinken), Tisch, Stühle und Sitzpolster und der große Mülleimer eine wirklich gründliche Reinigung! Der Abfluss im Waschbecken (Bad) läuft schlecht ab, in der Toilette fehlt ein Handtuch. All das zusammen vermiest einem……

“It’s a cozy, modern hotel with a nice location: a-minute walk from the underground U2 Line. And tram M8 is right in front of the hotel, which is pretty easy to get to the central station. The hotel is just a station away from Alexanderplatz, which is a noted shopping area as well as transportation hub in eastern Berlin. ”

“Tolle Wohnung. Super eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, insgesamt eine gut, ausgestattete Küche. Als Parkplatz empfehle ich das Conti-Parkhaus an der Kulturbrauerei. Es kostete nur 15 Euro am Tag (Juni 2026).”
