LOCATION! We have one of the LARGEST 3 bed/4 bath town homes AVAILABLE IN MAMMOTH. This spacious & luxurious 2500 Sq Ft town home sleeps up to 8 people & is a 4 min walk to Canyon Lodge (5 chair lifts, rentals, restaurants, bars & Village Gondola). Our home is professionally designed & fully furnished with the finest decor, furniture and bedding. We have in-unit Laundry machines and a split forced air heating system. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, with additional items such as a Keurig and Crock-pot. With two living rooms, kids and adults have their own privacy. The game area includes an 8' carved wood Pool Table with a Ping Pong table option on top. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private bathroom. You'll have access to DSL high speed internet, Cable TV, 55" LCD HD Flat Screen TV's, a Blue-Ray DVD player and a large collection of DVD's for all ages. There is also a Video Game Arcade machine loaded with over 300 games and a Nintendo switch. In the enclosed garage below there are two parking spots available, 2 electric vehicle chargers and a storage closet for gear. We also have security cameras in the garage and all entry points for your safety.

For Summer Activities, we are located in close proximity to numerous fishing spots, bike trails, hiking trails and a golf course. For our summer guests, please note we do not have A/C as most Mammoth rentals do not. A combination of floor fans, windows and cool nights works for our family.

The property is in a great location, is kept up amazingly and has a lot of perks including a pool table, video games and lots of space for all. The property manager was super helpful and helped make our stay perfect. Highly recommend.

We rented this place and another in the same building. It was great for our big group. We were able to share both locations, have good get togethers, and provide the lodging for all. Everyone enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit. The host was very accommodating.

Top notch property

This was the nicest property we ever stayed at while visiting mammoth. It was kid friendly with so many different games and a pool table. The location is absolutely perfect for skiing and visiting the village and local areas. We would love to come back to stay here in the future! Thank you!

A fabulous townhome in a great location!

Just steps away from Canyon Lodge but far enough away to be relaxing and comfortable. The underground parking was a definite plus, especially the big Mammoth Mtn map in the garage! The home was well stocked and every attention to detail was given. We loved everything about this home and are looking forward to coming back! Was a perfect family getaway!

Great Mammoth Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property and will definitely be renting here again. Very conveniently located. The only note is that you may want to bring a portable humidifier as the property does not have any. Otherwise, it was definitely one of the best places that I have stayed in Mammoth.

An amazing condo. Layout, decor, and even a pool table all beautifully arranged and of high quality. Canyon lodge is just a few min walk up the street and from there you can easily get to wherever you need via shuttle or gondola. Check in/out was easy and everything coded the same which is nice. Shala is the most kind and generous host! This cabin is our go-to in Mammoth. It's cozy, it's clean, and well stocked. Traveling with kids can be a handful and this cabin has everything you can possibly need for kids to have a great time and for parents to relax. Highly recommend!!!

Luxurious condo a short walk from the alopes

If you are looking for a beautiful, new, and well appointed home that is a short walk to the slopes via Canyon, this is it. Another year another great experience!

We have been staying at this property over New Year’s for the last several years! We are 2 families of 4 (8 people total) and this is the perfect Mammoth home walking distance to Canyon that can accommodate us comfortably. It’s well maintained, comfortable and in a good location. We have 4 boys ages 11 - 15 and the pool table and pac man game machine are an added bonus.

Ski weekend

We were fortunate to book this property at the last minute. I cannot express how happy we were with our entire experience. The condo is amazing - so spacious with all the amenities! The location is excellent. There were four of us & we all were extremely pleased with our accommodations! The kitchen with amenities was fantastic. The downstairs with pool table was a huge bonus. Christmas in Winter Wonderland !

Spend five nights with my family of six adults at this wonderful property. Perfect location close to Canyon Lodge and well-suited for a large family group. Plenty of space andfun things to keep us occupied during the evening after a day on the slopes. Couldn’t be happier with our choice.
