“Todo estaba muy limpio pero, no ofrecen zonas húmedas, ni siquiera la entrada al mar desde el hotel y con un costo de 12$, además que en el check in el trato del personal pésimo, al llegar tuve que enviar por wp apenas la información de los huéspedes, la reserva la hice la noche anterior y no se especificó que solo podemos estar en la habitación”

“The view was great. The pool was good.Problems, no hot water in shower. After twice trying to fix it, the building maintenance person said there isnt enough pressure to activate the hot water heater.The fridge was on but would not cool so they did bring a replacement the first night. Left the other one in kitchen so it made it more difficult to use. Games were not there as listed. No extra paper towels or rags to clean up with. Washing machine is down stairs and you have to sign up for it……
