Come and RELAX on 5 peaceful acres right on the intercoastal waterway. This 3BR 2 bath home sleeps 6 and has everything you need for your perfect vacation! Bring your boat, there is a boat ramp across the water and a small floating dock out back. There is also a deck right on the intercoastal waterway to fish or just relax and watch for dolphins and manatees. There are 2 kayaks, paddles, life jackets and emergency whistles, available for use at your own risk. We also have a bonfire area to roast marshmallows and enjoy time together. The peaceful screened in porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or all of your meals. The house is in a quiet setting, surrounded on 2 sides by water! The beautiful white sand beach is only 5 minutes down the road for the perfect beach vacation.

There is NO Smoking of any kind anywhere inside the house (including screened porch) If there is, you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee
