"Owner was rude right off the bat. I checked in at 10:30 ( the latest they'd allow) and he left shortly after. I left my belongings and headed to work and when I returned to shower and go to bed, I noticed the towel had visible fresh and old stains. I turned the comforter over to check the bed and one of the beds had stains on the sheets and the other had stains on the comforter. There were also a group of homeless people sitting outside of my window laughing and talking. I didn’t feel safe at all and since the office was closed, I couldn't address any of my concerns. I left at 4am the same night and had to drive an hour to get home. I called the office 3 times before 10 and never got an answer back. I had to purchase another hotel in the area for that night and when I went to return the keys and discuss the refund, the owner closed the door on me and walked away. This man should be put out of business... no one should be staying in those conditions. This establishment is not in good shape or maintained. "

"Our next business travel event take us to Bradenton, FL and we at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott riverfront, front all the time very friendly and helpful for any information you need about the hotel. Room very spacious and comfortable , shower is one of rhe best I see an every hotel. But the best spot of this place is the roof with pool and the bar you can enjoy the sunset view in the afternoon together with families and friends. Breakfast is included with price and when drink your coffe in the morning you enjoy the view of a marina full of yachts that make your new day the best of all."
