Good location, good food
Excellent location, although a short walk to the beach but this is through a pine forest so very pleasant. Food excellent, plenty available all of the time but strange that the restaurant closes dinner service at 9pm. Room small but adequate although HK were rather hit and miss. Can't mention the rest of the staff as had no contact whatsoever and when we did ask for something they just looked at you blankly..... fantastic holiday though.

Shuttle to beach which was ok.
Water boat to take you into side twice a day FOC was great. Catered for Russians and local people and most of the reception staff didn’t speak English. Awful attitude from them

An okay stay
The stay was okay. I booked a family room which is a two level two bedrooms with only one bathroom. The room was small and the balcony was face to the outside public setting area which was a really bad location. People were sitting and chatting right outside our room until really late at night! The front desk people don’t speak much English and no free boat service was offered. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach; however, it only takes five mins to walk there! Overall, it’s an okay stay and will pick a different place next time!

Beach was very dirty and not appealing at all. Hotel was nice. Wifi was really bad. Was hard to communicate with some hotel staff as they did not reaally speak or understand english.

We found hairs in a food all time. Spotted that pool bar staff washing cups just with water without rubbing with sponge. That was discusting. Beach with rocks too painfully swimming.

The hotel is very far from the city .
The hotel rooms are very comfortable and clean. The same type of food is repeated every day. There is no diversity The hotel's location is very far from the city. Near the hotel has no recreation centers.

Relaxing holiday but some things could be better.
This hotel is lovely, it is only a couple of years old so everywhere is clean, presentable & welcoming. I don't want to go into every detail so I will give you the good & bad points... Good.... Rooms are clean & have everything you need, showers very powerful & large. Balconies quite small. Reception area, looks quite grand & always fresh lemonade & cake/biscuits available. Pool area clean, plenty of sun loungers/umbrellas never needed to get up to reserve beds, floor is slippery when wet. Restaurant plenty of tables available. Freshly squeezed orange juice available during breakfast included in AI. Ice cream lovely. Our daughter enjoyed the slides. Massage in the spa was very good. Bad Food was very repetitive, they rarely serve beef & lamb so if you like chicken you're a winner! No chef cooking eggs to order at breakfast & no chef making pasta of an evening. There is 3 types of pasta each night & a plain tomato sauce ,very boring). Gym no air-conditioning until 8.30am no good for 7am runners. Pool bar the staff member kept disappearing so had to serve ourselves several times. No coffee or milk in the rooms just flavoured teas that don't require milk. Only 2 members of staff ever smiled. Entertainment was OK. They would definitely benefit from putting the coke/fanta machines somewhere where guests can help themselves as they often seemed understaffed & same goes for the coffee machine in the reception area.

The hotel was clean, tidy and well maintained. However, there were certain areas that proved to be less than the 5 star... The wifi service is very unreliable and was very limited to access. It was mostly too busy or provided a poor and intermittent service. The staff were polite and friendly, and they worked well. However, again areas were not 5 star. The buffet service was just that in the dining area. We were not always offered drinks with meals and had to ask. The staff in the dining area were too busy to engage and it felt at times, like a cafeteria. The food which was all inclusive, as can be the way, became a little repetitive in the 12 day stay. However, it was well cooked, well maintained and tasted very good. The pool area is good, there was access to water slides twice a day and the location can be very isolated towards the end of the resort. There is building work on going, but this was not an issue in anyway. The scenery was good and it was a short walk to the beach. The hotel caters mainly for Turkish families and then an international array of other nationalities. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The poolside games were fun. The entertainment team were friendly but this finished about 11pm and then apart from leaving the hotel, which is quite remote; there was little else to do. People congregated in the bar - reception area, but this was noisy for the rooms overlooking this section; ours was one of them. We did enjoy, but not 5 star.

Really recommend this hotel only 1 year old like brand. Great facilities friendly and helpful staff. Food was good large choice on open buffet. Kids loved the pool very nice family resort

Nicht Empfehlenswert !!! Kein 5 Sterne höchstens 3
Angekommen, von Außen ok. Zimmer nicht wie gebucht und mit einem Sessel zu schlafen für das Kind. Poolanlage extrem rutschig begehbar nur mit Sicherheitsschuhen... Essen nach drei Tagen immer das gleiche... Miniclub: das ANIMATIONSTEAM sitzt mit Handy völlig Motivationslos neben den Kindern :-( Strand war das Beste .. Service, naja nicht sehr freundlich. Nach drei Tagen gewöhnt man sich allerdings und versucht das beste daraus zu machen... Wir werden nicht mehr kommen...schade Einrichtung schimmelt an allen Ecken und Enden...

Bardzo przyjemny hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi, standard 4*. Wyposażenie pokoi wystarczające, proste (klima, TV, czajnik, lodówka). Urozmaicone wyżywienie, świetne ciasta. Duże zjeżdżalnie. Plaża hotelowa 300m. Bardzo dużo leżaków przy basenie i plaży. Ręczniki hotelowe. WiFi działa standardowo (wolno) - także w pokoju i na basenie. Dojazd do Manavgat i Side busem miejskim spod hotelu (1EUR), 20min. Można także bezpłatnie popłynąć do Manavgat miejską łodzią (80min) - polecam. Także pobyt na własną rękę, dojazd z lotniska AYT ok. 40EUR.

Schönes Hotel, in der Nähe leider keine Aktivitäten... Zum entspannen und erholen optimal. Busverkehr optimal und günstig. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfreich. Die Rezeption war sehr hilfreich bei allen Fragen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Alle die sich darüber beschweren; isst ihr zuhause kaviar? Oder warum nörgelt ihr beim Essen rum?
