There were several issues with my stay that went completely unresolved, and it seemed the staff did not even try or care. 1) I made reservations a month out on Expedia, I specifically booked a studio suite with a beach view, but got a pool view. I called the front desk and was told; "Beach view? Here? Not here, no." I know that's not true, I saw the beach-view suites. 2) The patio doors were stuck shut, the latch did not work, I reported this 3 times. I was there for 3 days and had no access to the patio. 3) The ceiling fan did not work. I reported this on day 2 after trying to use it the night before. 4) The room had not been cleaned, I could swipe a trail in the dirt with my finger. 4) Water leaked from the shower, I had to put multiple towels on the floor to keep it from getting wet & slippery. (I did slip once but did not fall or get hurt, luckily) 5) Went to the front desk at 8pm on Sat to request a taxi, the front desk was closed! Same thing on Sun night. I would've gladly called my own taxis but was told on 2 occasions that I had to request taxis from the front desk, they would not give me a number for a taxi company. At check-out I raised all these issues, I was told "the manager is in a meeting", was given a card and told to call back, I called and wrote an email, I never got any response. This was a bad experience. I would not reccomend Divi Dutch.
