“The townhouse style apartment appears new, clean, and well maintained. It has a full set of dishware, utensils, cookware and cutlery suitable for four people. And, the location is ideal -- one block off the main drag where restaurants and coffee shops abound -- and the double paned windows do an excellent job of blocking traffic noise. We brought our dog bed and she relaxed comfortably at the foot of the bed in the single bedroom. ”

“Room has a slightly an ocean view with little obstruction. Awesome for mornig Joe. Great neighborhood, easy parking. The Shower is very small. I am 5'10" 200lbs. no body should be bigger to get in and out and use shower. There is also too much furniture.”

Living area layout is a little odd—could be arranged differently to better maximize the relatively small space. Nitpicks aside, still a great value for anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan Beach. ”
