My stay at Ascott Makati Hotel was memorable. The staff provide excellent services. The rooms are kept nice and cleaned. What I like the most is I was treated like a VIP. I’m switching to Ascott hotels from now on.

Amazing experience. Nice location. Good customer service. A complimentary one hour late check out was arranged by Jenny and Kaye from the front desk. Also, made it easy to cancel our last night stay.

Ascott was very nice with great customer service. Disappointed in cooking utensils, water heater for coffee didnt work, sink and shower and bathroom had issues draining, shower did not get very hot but sinks did, old tv's without access to netflix, etc. Rest of experience was great, comfortable rooms, and great house keeping service.

I have allergies and very sensitive to dust…I was sneezing non stop when I was holding your throw pillows and I can see dust where the tv is located..and we just arrived that day…but the hospitality of your workers are commendable…

Excellent location

Very spacious and price is just right, prime location for shopping just next door to Glorietta 4 awesome. Everything you need is in the hotel except a kettle. They have coffee maker brilliant but I am a tea lover ☺️ that’s was the only missing. Could I have one next time please☺️
